Thermal Insulating Layers

Hard polyurethane foam - PUR:

In basic version PIP 130 it serves as a hard polyurethane foam meeting EN 253, approved by the Hannover testing laboratory. The heat insulating material made by addition reaction of isocyanate and polyol is concerned. Our Company uses cfc-free system blown by CO2.

Thermal resistance -200 ÷ +140 °C

Impregnated mineral wool:

For temperatures above 140 °C the laminated insulation is used, where the first insulating layer on the medium-conducting pipeline is made of the impregnated mineral wool. The temperature on transition of the hydrophobic mineral wool - PUR reaches max. 120 °C.
